The second daily task in the Turtle On 100 Day challenge is to take all your medications and supplements every single day for 100 days. No one likes medications, the same might not be said for supplements though. Remember your daily medication is to enable your body to better respond to the lack of ciliary movement. These medications are not prescribed lightly by your medical team, and therefore should be given the best opportunity to work by consistently taking them and giving them a chance to work. To prevent and or delay antibiotic resistance it’s extremely important to take your medications as prescribed and to not stop those medications without first speaking to your doctor.
